WHERE WE’LL BE

Lush land near Tomar, in Portugal. Open sky. Big lake. Rolling green hills.

There’s a big main space for our shared journey, and a giant dome for spontaneous offerings. Add a pool, solid dining area, cosy coves, saunas & popup facilities we’ll install, and acres of space … and you’ve got “the playground”.

This venue has hosted festivals and retreats for years, so the container is steady… the rest is up to us.

  • What’s the phones/screens policy?

You can use your phone/screens before the opening ceremony, and after the closing ceremony we run.

From 7pm on the 17th September, until 7pm on the 20th, we'll be fully screens free.

Smartwatches, laptops and anything else with screens ... must also be handed in.

Trust us, when we say ... it makes all the difference. You'll feel way more present, open and alive by being away from that 'world of stimulation' in your pockets all the time :)

    Can I bring a camera?
Yes, if it’s a pure camera then go ahead. And yes too, if it’s a disposable/analog camera.

(using your phone as your camera, on aeroplane mode, doesn’t count. It shall be taken from you, and hung on the top of the highest branch we can climb to ;)

  • Well … this is fully co-created experience. So it’s you … and all the others that step into this space. We have an amazing crew of volunteers, ambassadors, and other shapers helping us in a highly pro-active way – but the main team is here:

Adrian – runs the operations, details & logistics behind it all

Anna – holds the socials, ambassador scheme & content–capture

Tobias – builds the schedule, holds space & guides the energy

Valerie – shaping the space we’ll be in, facilities & vibes

Harry – brings the vision, fire & … gets himself into trouble

  • When should I arrive and leave?

You can arrive any time after 2pm on 17th September. Please arrive before 5pm, as we’ll have our welcome dinner and threshold ritual then.

(If you plan to arrive after 5pm, please email us at connect@innate.global so we can figure something out).

Leave on 21st Sept, any time before 12pm.

If you’re helping with the setup of the Gathering, or involved in a heavier way … you have the option to come on 19th Sept instead : )

  • Do I need to run a workshop?

Absolutely not. But you’re not a spectator either. Contribution can take many forms: helping with setup, sharing a song, starting a cuddle-puddle, uplifting someone who needs it, or building a giant mood-board.

If you want to help with setup, volunteer, or run an official session, head to the Contributors Page.

What’s the difference between coming as a contributor versus co-creator?

Everyone here is a co-creator. You help shape the space just by being proactive – whether that’s jumping in with a task, offering something spontaneous, or simply listening deeply. You’re part of the pulse just by being there.

A contributor makes a pre-planned commitment. We count on you for a specific role or offering. If you want to play a bigger part in the Gathering, go here to see how.

Otherwise, come as a co-creator … bringing your open heart and upward energy.

  • Are kids welcome? Regrettably we can’t welcome small humans into this Gathering. Our facilities just aren’t setup for it. Message us on contact@innate.global for exceptions.

Can I bring my pet? No, for their safety and that of the abundant animals/wildlife around us.

    • Torch / headlamp (important – you on’t have your phone as a flashlight)

    • Water bottle + cup
(If you forget: we’ll have a metal Innate mugs available to buy)

    • Flip-flops, swim stuff, towel (lake, pool, sauna… you know the drill)

    • Sunscreen + hat

    • Comfortable layers for warm days and cooler nights

    • Good walking shoes for uneven ground

    • Earplugs (if you’re a light sleeper)

    • Instruments, games, costumes, props, art supplies – any “cool shit” you want to bring into the space.

Ps. Days are usually warm and dry, but nights can be cool (sometimes chilly). So do pack some warm socks and a beanie, just in case : )

  • Have you done this before?

    Ohhh yes ...

We did our first one, "Gathering of Vibes", in 2024. And second, “Gathering of Ways” in 2025.

    See photos on this gallery.

They were both pretty damn magical … and held together by the same pillars. Fully co-created, screens-free and for those on the middle path.

Yet, as you’ve probably figured out, the theme changes. This time we unapologetically step into the wonder that unfurls naturally … when we’re screens-free & fully present.

  • Up until 4 weeks before the Gathering, you can request a refund for your ticket (minus 4% card processing fee). Just email connect@innate.global

After this, no refunds are possible. But you can resell your ticket to someone aligned. You must inform us of this change, so we can update the new ticket holder in our system. The seller should email connect@innate.global.
